I've bought little parts for custom camera projects before and they're reliable.  Ken from Bald Mountain photography repair provided me their address.  Also, Ken may have a box of springs that has just the one you want.  He's an excellent repair person.

I was in the same boat last winter. I bought a miprepresented
Heidoscope on eBay with a broken shutter spring. Gary Cullen was kind
enough to try to fix it by re-attaching what was left, but the speeds
were off. I ended up selling it for parts. After seeing what it looks
like (just a coiled ribbon of spring steel), perhaps a clockmaker
could fashion one?

Unfortunately the link is for the wrong type of spring. Heidoscops use
a flat spring, not a coiled roundwire spring. A closer link may be:
