I have been extremely pleased with the 3D World Customer/Dealer
service/response. They have answered every single email I have sent them.
They have resolved all issues to my satisfaction. This is truly remarkable.
They only have on person answering emails (Lin Lan, also known as Cuca) and
she is doing a terrific job.
They are aware now of the flare problem and in their last communication they
said that my latest order that was normally going to be shipped yesterday
was stopped and returned to the factory. They have resolved the problem and
all cameras shipped from now on will be OK (let's hope). This is causing an
extra delay in supplying the cameras.
For these with the flare problem who want 3D World to fix it, I would
suggest waiting for a while, to make sure that the problem is resolved and
then contacting 3D World directly. These people are listening to their
customers and they are genuinely interested in providing good products and
services.
