Can anyone help?

Sorry for all the emails...They sent two 1.5V silver oxide batteries with
the camera (instead of Alkaline) and they are only at 60 % power so I'm
slightly confused about what this all means. I'll get some 1.5V Alkaline
batteries tomorrow and try that. Thanks...Erick

I offer that the 357 battery (aka SR44) is rated
at a nominal 1.55v and that my pair of batteries
was producing 3.2V when I last checked.

To support these statements I offer an SR44 data sheet:
http://data.energizer.com/PDFs/357-303H.pdf
and my note to this group on 12/4/06
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/MF3D-group/message/301

I also think it is highly unlikely that 3D World
has designed their camera around an obsolete
mercury cell. (But I have only my TL120 owner's
manual to back that up.)

The meter may be calibrated incorrectly or the
aperture ring may be set incorrectly on the
lens barrel. (ie The meter may be calculating
correctly but displaying its aperture incorrectly.)
Only the processed film will be able to tell
you for sure.
