Hi John,

Welcome to the group!
Thanks for sending the link. It looks like the prism finders could work on
the TL120 MF 3D camera. Does anyone have experience with the quality of
their products? The prices look good. But the shipping is expensive.

Matt

Greetings!,
I am a newbie here and a user/collector of photo relics (film cameras)
who seldom gets to do any shooting. I have had no dealings with ARAX,
but generally they seem to be one of the better dealers in FSU foto
apparat, at least according to folks on the KIEV REPORT website. Some
people have high praise for the prism finders for the K88. Would those
be useful on a MF3D camera?
My only experiences with 3d is via my trusty Stereo Realist.
I hope the link is useful or at least interesting.
Thanks,
John Morton

This is the finder I use on my TL120 and I'm very happy with it. I would not go back to the original finder.

Have a look (the last photo on this web page) :

Can you give specs/dimensions on this finder (particularly the base dimensions)?   I'm interested in determining if it can be adapted to work on an old Voigtlander Stereflectoscop if I can figure out how to attach it properly.
(I may have clearance issues to mount a finder but at least want to be sure in case someone has done something creative).

How does it attach to the TL120 - does it slide or hinge into a bracket?  Does it have its own focusing screen or did you use the existing screen on the camera?

Any other suggestions regarding focal plane, mounting, etc. would be greatly appreciated (as would comments from anyone else who has tried to adapt this or a hasselblad finder to an old camera that might have clearance issues.

Thanks!
