Sam,

I would be happy to volunteer and help you at NSA with
MF whether it be in the workshop (I presume there
will be a workshop) or showing of folios. Where/how do
I sign up?

Are there any other volunteers yet? And I can bring my
new modified World 3d plastic viewer!

Thanks Dorothy! Volunteers are what makes the conventions work.
Absolutely bring your viewer, slides or anything related.

The best part of the show can be the surprises as to what shows up. In
The last few conventions I have seen John Hart's awesome digital MF
slides, Bob Aldridge's Leep viewer and slides, Bill Lee's gorgeous
camera, and of course many other breathtaking views. All were not
announced or planned, they just appeared!

I'm sure Dave can fill you in more, but certainly MF3D is in the works
for NSA/ISU. I can't imagine a reason for NOT attending this year
(even if you hate potatoes)!!! Everyone bring your Spud (Sputnik) of
course!

Sam

There are three options:

1) The Stereo Art Gallery - this would be a place where images are
displayed in a gallery environment from 9:00 am Friday to 10:00 pm Sunday
(although your images could be removed sooner if necessary). They would
either be in the 3D World rotary viewer(s) or in a series of hand held
viewers. Images in the Gallery are also allowed to be sold if the artist
so chooses. All transactions are strictly between the artist and buyer
and the Convention/Congress is not responsible in any way.

2) An organized workshop - this would require a person to take the lead
and fill out a workshop proposal form and submit it to Betsy Choules the
Convention/Congress Workshop Chair so space, time and equipment could be
scheduled. Workshop slots are filling fast so the sooner this is done the
better.

3) Informal gathering to pass around images. This could be scheduled at a
specific time and place so that it is in the program guide or it could
just happen spontaneaously during room hopping or any other free time. My
suggestion would be to schedule a time so everyone would know when and
where to meet. The Convention/Congress has plenty of spaces available for
this. eiter in the hotel or the Convention Centre.

My hopes are that all three will be accomplished. But that means some
serious commitments from people.
