I'm packing some camera gear up for a car trip
to Anchorage. I found it interesting that the
Pelican case which previously held my Sputnik
and Saturn viewer with room to spare is just
able to fit my TL120.

Which model as I have not found any that work?

I'm using my 1450 _BUT_ I don't consider it a
good enough fit to suggest buying a new one for
this purpose.

With the case open, I lay the camera body on its
back. The lenses point up and extend above the
case foam. I've had to cut into the lid foam to
make space for the lenses. Where I've cut that
foam out of the lid, all that stands between my
camera and the lid is a thin layer of bubble-pack.
It is not offering full Pelican case protection.

I'm willing to tote this around in my car but I
don't think I'd be willing to hand it to the
gorillas at an airline.

So has anyone found a waterproof hard case that will fit the TL120 with
padding all around the camera?
