Hello, Hallo, Bonjour, Ciao, здравствулте, Hola, こんにちは Chris,

You should never have to apologize for "confusing" anyone because you chose to write in a language that wasn't English.

We Americans need to "get over it"!  "Get over it" in this case means that we (Americans) need to accept the fact that there are other languages on this earth and that the native speakers of those languages are not required to converse in English in order to make it convenient for us (again Americans) to understand what is being said.

OK, I'm through ranting.

So, where's the convention for 2008? (In order to keep this stereo related).

Ted

Subject: [MF3D-group] Some more explanations about aluminum masks!!!

Hi Guys! Sorry, for confusing you with German language ;-)

Dear HARRY, I´m gtlad to give you a short translation, even though
Sam already did his best!!! (SAM, thanks a lot for your humor and
GREAT translation :-)))

I told JOHN I would send him my sample of a 6x13 metallic MF stereo
mount, because I thought that it might be one of those he saw at
your MF stereo meeting!

After that Mr. Scheucher asked me in German a few questions about
the shape of this mount and I answered in German not thinking that
some of you might not understand - one more sorry.

So, here comes my English version!!!

This mount measures exactly 6x13cm and is a metallic one. The top
and bottom side are folded to hold the slides. So, the mount is made
of only one part (custom made). The slide must be additionally glued
in. It has a very slim shape and was made for a table viewer, which
does its slide trasportation by a magnetic system, that picks up the
slides. SAM, I don`t know the name of this viewer. It`s not a custom
made, but I can ask a friend of mine about the name and the
producers (he has got about two of these viewers! Please tell me, if
you want to know it!

JOHN, I´ll send you the mount tomorrow (25th of July)!

KIND REGARDS TO EVERYBODY(hope you can read my German-English better
than my German!)!!!
