>In contrast, images I have taken with 180mm lensesAgreed with respect to the Chinese MF3D camera, but not with respect to telephoto lenses in general. Try using 180mm lenses with a 6 inch stereo base or 300mm lenses with a 12 inch base. Though I have not done much MF telephoto photography, many of 35mm slides I have taken with equivalent telephoto lenses have been great, the stereo usually looking quite natural. In fact, people sometimes thought pictures I took with 200mm lenses were taken with wide angle lenses! I have gotten so tuned to my 80 to 200mm zooms that I used them excusively in my last two outings, usually at the 200mm setting. The results have been spectacular.
