Hi everyone,
does anyone happen to use/own the printing frame that comes with the
Sputnik kit? What kind of stereo view does it produce? Would I still
have to cut the two pictures apart and transpose them? I read the
description on
http://www.rmm3d.com/3d.encyclopedia/manuals/sputnik/sputnik.html but
I do not quite get it. I would love to do some darkroom work again but
I just do not know if this is what I am looking for. Thanks for your
help, Andreas

I don't have the printing frame, but i have the viewer. The printing
frame will make contact prints, the same size as the negs. I'm trying
to visualize how it transposes the images, but it must.
It seem like you can print both negs uncut, and then cut the print and
transpose, or cut the negs, transpose them and print as a single
print. If that makes sense?
I have a transposing print frame for a Stereo Hawkeye, which requires
the paper to be shifted from one side to the other for the second
exposure.
