Hi All

Besides the obvious shoot the same images more than once when actually
taking the photo, what are people doing to get more than one slides
for themselves, porfolio's or clients? Would 3DWorld do them?

I did a test this week with 35mm realist scans, digital sourced stereo
pairs (Pentax stereo camera) and a scan of a Spuntik 120 slide.

Results were mixed and that was down to my set up and the print out
quality.

I just used a basic copy stand set up with natural light as the
source. Now the light was fine for exposure- however the room is white
so I was getting a bounce reflection on the semi mat paper. Totally
couldn't see that through the Kiev 88's view finder.

Exposure could of been dropped down another 1/2 stop and contrast
hiked on the print out.

Anyone in the UK use pro labs for 120 slides from digital source or
duplications?

Cheers

Re: [MF3D-group] Duping your 120 stereo slides? I always wanted to do contact printing with Viewmaster format, but couldn’t
come up with a sprocketed printing block for easy, accurate chip punching.
That’s not an issue with 120. Probably would want to use flashing exposure
on at least the receiving film for contrast reduction.

Has anyone done contact prints in any form? Any suggestions?
