Subject: 3DWorld's new viewer - Selling details

At the present time it is highly unlikely that 3D World will make any
immediate changes, especially if these require a change of the dies.

So I decided to go ahead and place an order with 3D World to buy viewers
for resale. My thinking is that in order for them to make any changes,
they must first get feedback from as many users are possible, so viewers
must be made available.

Resale price of the viewer will be $85-$95 range.

As a special introductory price, I am offering this viewer for sale for
$75, plus shipping. This is for a pre-order, since I do not have the
viewers in my hands yet (it will be a couple of weeks). For shipping,
figure out 1.2 lbs (unfortunately, the viewer packed is a bit over 1 lbs,
which brings postage a bit higher, depending on your location).

I will work out a page with pictures and details.

I created a web page showing some pictures of the viewer and steps for
disassembly: http://home.att.net/~sales3d/MF-LightedViewer.htm

Following up to my previous post, I am now accepting orders for the
viewer. I am getting a couple of viewers next week, but not enough to
cover the initial demand. I am expecting 50 more viewers in 2-3 weeks (or
possibly sooner).

Special introductory price for this viewer is $75. I will set shipping
(for one viewer) to a flat $5 for shipping to USA/Canada, and $12 for
shipping anywhere else in the world. Email me for shipping costs for more
than one viewers.

If you like to pre-order the viewer, you can pay with paypal (or check,
MO, cash). Expect your viewer to be shipped in 2-3 weeks from now.

I encourage you to share your feedback with 3d World regarding
improvements that you would like to see in this viewer.

Thank you,

George Themelis

Hey George,

I like the way your first photo at the link above reveals that the
interocular adjustment can be made independently for each lens -
something to watch out for. I've already caught myself twice now,
picking up the viewer afresh and failing to remember that I should
check the position of the lenses before using it.

Thanks for taking the plunge and placing a big order. I think "the
community" as a whole will like it despite it's quirks.
