Subject: Has anyone sold MF slides?

I am a noob. I have been doing stereo slides for quite a few years, and I have been reading
messages from the group, but I was wondering if anyone has tried selling medium format
slides. It seems there is very little market for them.

Thoughts? I hope this subject hasn't been beaten to death before my post. If so, I sincerely
apologize. I am just really curious because I am able to sell realist format slides, even
though the MF stuff is so much better...

Just curious. Thanks for your understanding and welcoming response to a newbie

What is a "noob"?

There are people here who are selling or have sold Medium format stereo
slides.... But the prices for original slides from accomplished stereo
photographers have been very high.

And then, we have 3D World that sells MF stereo slide sets at reasonable
prices: http://home.att.net/~sales3d/SlideSets.htm

When you say you are able to sell realist format slides, do you mean your
very own slides, or vintage stereo slides? Vintage slides are being
bought and sold in ebay in a regular basis. It so happens that I have
several lots for sale in ebay right now. I even have a category called
"Stereo Slides" in my ebay store (http://stores.ebay.com/DrT-3d)

What kind of slides are you selling? Nudes have been and will always be
popular.

A newbie, someone new to whatever is being discussed.

ha - sorry, noob is leet speak for "newbie" or someone who is new in the forum.

Yes, they are nudes.  I have tons of slides of various models in 5 perf, 7 perf, and MF formats.  The Realist style seem to do well, but the MF have never sold, even though they are far superior.  I think there just aren't a lot of people collecting them.

Thanks for the links.  I will check them out!
