Hi David!

The camera has a fixed shutter speed of 1/50 and is a fix focus model.
But I can tell nothing about its origin. Don`t know if it`s custom
build or a prototype model.

Best regards, Chris

Hello,
According to the pictures it does seem to have focusing, provided by
movement of the film plane. There is a knob on the back of the camera,
with marked numbers 3, 4, 7 and inf. The button seems to be screwing in
and pushing the pressure plate against metal springs, as seen in the
bottom view. Ingenious design and beautiful craftmanship!

However I know nothing about the camera, I am just guessing. An
interesting item, thanks for posting!

Thank you for the info, but I am wondering about a few things:

1) The knob on the back has an infinity symbol at the top and a 7 at the
bottom with dots in between.

2) If you look at the image of the inside with the bottom off you can see
the pressure plate is spring loaded and is connected to that dial on the
back. I am assuming focus by moving the film plane like the Realist.

3) It appears that each shutter has to be cocked individually and there
does seem to be an adjustment for that though the marks are not numbered.

Yes, there's a movable filmplane focus . I'm not sure why you assume
1/50 shutter, though it may be single speed. I'm wondering what
format it is. With 2.8/50 lenses I wouldn't think it could be for 120
film. I guessing it takes 828 or possibly 127 film at most. I'm
thinking it is a one of, or very low production camera. Fairly simple
but seems to have fairly good workmanship.

Not that it means anything but the listing does say 6x6. I assume that
mean 6cm x 6cm???

Also it shows what appears to be the end of a spool over on the right
side of one picture, and judging by the open depth in the other side, it's
a lengthy (probably 120'ish) spool that takes up the full height of
the camera internally.
