 Hello fellow larger film fans.
Just a quick question to find what the group-think is about 3dworld vs holga plastic frames? Of late I've been using vertical orientation cardboard mounts so one has extra forgiving width for chip mounting.
How many other folks here use B+W film for slides via Woods DR5 processing? Many folks I do special projects for enjoy the novelty of 'old style slides' versus modern color.

My take on the Holga mounts can be found at:

from which I quote:

The page also has thoughts on 3D World mounts of different
vintages. Those notes are too long to effectively excerpt
for inclusion here.

I'd like to do some, but am put off by the expense. That is
not to say that Dr5 processing isn't a good value, just that
the absolute cost exceeds my budget.

I really enjoy _viewing_ other's B&W work, though.

I have used DR5 for my Tech Pan chromes. They do a great job and I
really like the look of these images. Sadly this film is no longer
available. Happily there is a new Rollie film that is supposedly
comparable (I have not tried it yet, but plan to).
