Subject: Notice About Tri-lens Stereo Camera

Dear customers,

From this month, 3D World is not going to provide the Tri-lens Stereo Camera
any more. This was supposed to happen in the first month of next year since
we still had plenty cameras in stock. However, recent domestic sales were
much quickly as we estimated. So we have to move this plan ahead and let the
camera retire in honor earlier.

Non-lighted Handheld Viewer, MF Mount, and Coin-operated Viewer are still
available, but please check with us before ordering to see if we have them
in stock at the moment.

Thank you all for your support to this Stereo Camera!

Dr. T,
Are they exiting the business?
Thanks,
Steve

The business of 3d?  I am sure they want to make money so they will make whatever sells, but I am sure the sales of the camera had slowed to the point that they did not think it is profitable to make another run.

If I hear about any new 3d projects/products, I will let you know.

When I wrote them a few years ago, I was told the founder was concentrating on digital.

But the fact that they sold more domestically than anticipated strengthens my notion that China will eventually be the world's sole E-6 developer!

Is the lighted viewer discontinued?

I didn't want to ask, or hear, that question until I could source more for myself and a friend.

Too late :-( /self-kick mode on/

(watch their price shoot up like the old Toshiba(?)3d video camcorders did in the 90's after they didn't sell enough and were discontinued - then everybody had to have one!)

If it's not one thing being discontinued, it's another. Film, processing, cameras, mounts, viewers...
