Subject: MF3D presence at the NSA Conference, June 2013
Date: 2013-03-22 16:55:03
From: John Thurston
After much deliberation, I don't think I'll be going to the
NSA 2013 conference in Michigan. It's an awkward time with
respect to the Juneau school calendar and other family
commitments. It is also an awful lot of money at a time when
finances are become a bit tighter.

I was asked to host an MF3D Special Interest Group (SIG)
meeting. Since I won't be attending, that isn't going to be
possible. Before I tell the organizers to release the
time-slot to some other group, is there anyone who is
planning on attending who would like to host the SIG?

I will have a table selling my new medium format viewers. They feature huge 50mm lenses (diameter) with incredible sharpness and contrast. Various experts in the field have already seen and praised these lenses, including Don Lopp and Mike Davis. So please reconsider whether you will be coming to beautiful Michigan.
