Been there. Been discussed. At best its provenance is dubious.

Nothing prevents anyone from offering anything they like on
flea-bay with any description they like at any price they
like. I keep thinking people will give up posting Nishikas
(while claiming they are rare/amazing), but it hasn't
happened yet.
