I’m selling some components I used to create what I called my “exhibition cube”

The lot includes:

- 21x 3D World steal-the-light (STL) MF Viewer (the non-focusing version)

- 22x custom made 3/16" thick acrylic plates (I paid 445 CAD just for these…)

- 20x LCD panels (the same 12 volt panels that were used in the 3D World slide mounting jig)

- The small connectors to power the LCD panel

Does not include the 20 MDF boxes I built for my “exhibition cube”, unless you can come pick them up in Quebec city or willing to pay the shipping, which would be a lot since these things are big and weight a ton…

All for 875 USD + shipping cost from Quebec City, Canada G1L2N2

I don't sell items separately.

Let me know if interested!

Wow that's a fantastic structure you've designed and built.  If no individual buyer can be found, maybe a place like the 3D-Space could use it to showcase classic or contemporary MF3d artists' work.

How often did you exhibit with this structure?  Did you have good audience reactions?  What did you show?

Haven't heard from you in ten years!  (my fault, probably)

Thank you Boris,

Unfortunately I did not use it as often as I wish I could. Only twice for private events.

The thing is I love to design and build all sort of things but I'm a miserable promoter to say the least…

I showed my best slides at the time, a mix of studio portraits and landscapes. Audience reaction was very good. Some people react more to portraits (hair and skin detail, eyes expression) and other people to the never-seen-before landscapes you can get by twining two cameras with large (2 to 15 feet) stereo base.

The lost of my local lab (4 year ago ?) had a big impact on my willingness to shoot slides. I’m even considering selling my second TL-120.

So that’s where I’m at now. I wish I had more time to plan, shoot, mount and display my work but I’m too busy with family matters… So, time to sell!
