Someone just listed a custom 6x6 stereo camera made from two Lubitels.  It's very ingenious in that they used the shooting and focusing lenses of one camera and then added just the lens from the other.  This allows it to be used just like a Sputnik.

The seller is offering it "as is"; therefore, it is more a curiosity or something for tinkerers.  But fun to look at the pictures nonetheless...
